Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at 98win. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Account security is a shared responsibility between 98win and its members. The following are the key policies relating to account security:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Do not share your account, password, or any login details with any other party, including family members.
• Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing within 24 hours.
• Use a strong password containing a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.

98win will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you receive any communication requesting your login credentials on behalf of 98win, please report it to our support team immediately at support@98win-khelo.net.

98win accepts deposits via a variety of trusted and secure payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following deposit methods are accepted:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same member's name. 98win does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit received from an unrecognised source will be returned, and the associated account may be subject to further investigation.

Withdrawals at 98win processed in accordance with the established procedures and limits. All withdrawals are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account belonging to the respective member.

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM 30.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is based on a member's VIP tier — starting from RM 10,000 for standard members.
• Standard processing time is between 1–24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and the time the request is submitted.
• Gold VIP members and above are eligible for priority withdrawal processing with faster turnaround times.
• The first withdrawal from a new account may require additional identity verification (KYC) before it is approved.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied.

98win reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security investigation or identity verification purposes. In such cases, the member will be contacted via their registered email or phone number within 48 hours.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 98win is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. Those specific terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

Rollover Requirement (Re-bet):

Every bonus offered by 98win carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover is calculated based on the total bonus received, multiplied by the rollover factor stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Welcome bonus: 15x rollover on the bonus amount received.
• Daily deposit bonus: 10x rollover on the bonus amount received.
• Weekly cashback: No rollover required — withdrawable immediately.
• VIP Rewards: Rollover requirements vary by VIP tier and reward type.

98win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.

98win offers betting on a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and more), badminton, tennis, basketball, and many others. The general rules for Sports Betting are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except in cases outlined in the cancellation policy 98win.
• Bets on matches that are cancelled or postponed for more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time will be fully refunded.
• In the event of an obvious odds error (e.g., odds of 0.01 on a clear favourite), 98win reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the original stake.
• Live (in-play) bets are final once confirmed. Any technical issues occurring during bet placement must be reported within 24 hours.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets involving the same match or directly correlated outcomes may be declined or limited by 98win.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is RM 1 and maximum limits vary depending on the sport, league, and market type.

For Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets in football betting, specific rules on handicap calculation and extra time goals follow international industry standards as outlined on each sport's dedicated rules page.

All live casino games at 98win, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger, are operated in accordance with international industry standard rules and are periodically audited by independent parties to ensure fairness.

• Each Live Casino game round is independent and is not influenced by previous rounds.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an ongoing round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with platform policy as stated in the relevant game-specific terms.
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled once cards have been dealt or the ball has been released.
• All bets must comply with the minimum and maximum table limits displayed before each round.
• The Cash Out function for sports betting does not apply to Live Casino games — each round is a separate transaction settled within that round only.

• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and refunded.
• In the event of a rematch due to technical reasons or delimitation by the organiser, 98win will announce specific policies through official channels.

Virtual Sports:

• Virtual sports use RNG (Random Number Generator) algorithms that have been independently verified and audited.
• Virtual sports results are entirely independent and random — there are no repeating patterns that can be predicted.
• All virtual sports bets are final once the virtual match has concluded.

98win provides its platform as an entertainment service. The following liability limits apply:

• 98win is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by members.
• The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service — scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical disruptions may occur, and 98win is not liable for any losses resulting from such disruptions.

• Any suspicious activity, fraud, or attempts to exploit the system will be reported to the relevant authorities.

98win reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following cases:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Fraud, attempted money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Misuse of bonus or promotion systems.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operation of the system 98win.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-requested account closures will be processed within 3–5 business days. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements will be waived and any eligible balance will be refunded in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

98win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

For changes deemed material — such as updates to key deposit or withdrawal policies — 98win will endeavour to notify members via email or in-platform notice at least 7 days before any changes take effect, subject to legal or security requirements that may necessitate immediate updates.
